Awareness Drills:
Waking the sleeper – Taking the participant from the normal state of preoccupation to the here and now. Developing these skills will allow a person to operate in the present with an eye on the immediate future.

Weapons Disarm and Breakaway Techniques:
Basically the mechanics are the same, it is advantageous to learn one as this expedites the other

Mental Conditioning:
Nemo me impune (Nothing can stop me now) – Once we understand how our physiology reacts to an intense perception of reality we can better prepare ourselves. We can develop fortitude and the ability to deal with those pressures. The mental conditioning is developed by the evolving attributes from the other sections of the course.

Impromptu Weapons Application:
Household or discarded objects that are used to harm another person. Once a person knows how to strike effectively with a tool the person can appreciate how one is readily available and arm themselves with this knowledge.

Tactical Thinking:
Refers to the participant learning how to assess their immediate environment for possible access and egress from a possible violent confrontation

Empty Hand Application:
The motions from the impromptu weapons drills are directly transferable to empty hand applications

Neuro Linguistic Programming:
Adapting the modalities form N.L.P. training we can assist a participant develop a wining mind set in a crisis situation. If we amalgamate this with cardio combat conditioning we can form emotional memory and anchor this in our psyche.

Cardio Combat Conditioning:
The exercises have been designed to promote gross motor skills applicable to defensive techniques as well as all over body conditioning.
